Winter has hit and I am already counting down the days to snowless curbs and sidewalks. In the meantime, googling "winter maxi" has caused me to deliberate the possibility and plausibility of trekking through two feet of snow in a floor length skirt. I really don't want to put hashtags where they don't belong, but #CanadianProblems.

The weather in Toronto is finally heating up! It's been a consistent 30+ degrees for the last few weeks and I can't complain. Though, as a fan of fall fashion, I struggle in the mornings. And by that I mean, I am not very comfortable with the whole shorts, skirt and sleeveless thing; so when I do sport something a little more 'summery', I need to balance it out with a blazer, a scarf or a longer top/bottom, etc.
Though summer is half over, I am still looking to grow my wardrobe and style. Here is a snapshot of some of my summer purchases with repeats.
